Timing depends on the property's current condition, documentation, licensing and whether furnishing or preparation is required. Once we assess the property, we can provide a clearer onboarding timeline.
Do you manage every property you are offered?
No. AUREN follows a selective portfolio approach. We first assess whether the property fits our management model and whether we believe we can represent it to the standard expected by both the owner and our guests.
How much could my property earn as a holiday home?
