Information you share

The assessment form asks for your name, email address, phone number, property location, property type and number of bedrooms. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the details you include in that conversation. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment-card details or information about other people through the enquiry form.

How your enquiry is used

We use these details to assess your property enquiry, respond to you, arrange a discovery call and discuss relevant management services. Completing the form does not sign you up to a newsletter or enter you into a management agreement.

Services used by this website

• FormSubmit: the property enquiry is sent to FormSubmit to deliver it to our business email. See FormSubmit’s privacy information.
• Calendly: after the enquiry is accepted, our booking calendar loads. Your name, email and property-enquiry details are passed to Calendly to prefill the booking form. A call is booked only when you complete Calendly’s scheduling steps. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
• WhatsApp, Instagram and Google: links open those services when you choose to use them. Your interactions there are governed by their privacy notices.
• Website delivery: hosting and font providers receive technical information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address and browser request. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts.

These providers may process information in countries other than the UAE. Their notices explain their own handling of information.

Cookies and browser information

This version of the AUREN website does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking. External booking and form services may use cookies or browser storage for their own functions. Calendly provides its own cookie settings. You can also control cookies through your browser.

Keeping and managing your information

Enquiries are handled through our business email and the services described above. We use enquiry information for the purposes described here and retain it as needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements.

You can contact us to request access to or correction of information you have supplied, request deletion where applicable, or ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry. We may need to verify the request before taking action. For information controlled directly by an external service, you can also contact that provider.
