Most of what is written about Dubai holiday homes is written to sell something. These pages answer the questions owners actually ask, cite the regulation where regulation exists, and say plainly when something is just how we do it.
Where there is a rule, we quote it. Service charges and the Tourism Dirham are set out in Dubai legislation, and we link to the legislation itself rather than to another operator's blog.
Where there is no rule, we say so. Utilities and furnishing are contractual, not regulated — so those pages describe how AUREN structures them, and what to ask anyone else.
