How AUREN sources, updates and presents its Dubai owner guides, operator comparisons and property income examples.
Our owner guides help Dubai property owners understand the decisions behind holiday-home management. AUREN is a management company and a publisher of these guides. Our commercial interest is clear; practical advice should still help you compare options and ask better questions.
Who is responsible for the guides?
The guides carry the byline of Akash Ibrahim, AUREN’s founder. They draw on the management questions owners need to resolve: preparation, costs, guest care, reporting and the choice between rental strategies. They are general information, not individual legal, tax or investment advice.
How we use sources
For regulatory requirements, we link to DET and other relevant authorities. For platform policies, we use the platform’s official guidance. Comparisons of other operators describe information on their own websites and identify when that comparison was checked. A published rate does not establish all the terms of an individual contract.
Where a rule or fee affects your decision, follow the linked official source and confirm what applies to your property before acting. If a source is unavailable, that is not evidence that its policy has changed.
Examples, portfolio figures and forecasts
Worked examples are labelled as illustrative and show their assumptions. Portfolio comparisons use the supplied property figures and distinguish net owner payout from long-term rent. An income uplift is not investment ROI. Neither an example nor another apartment’s result is a guarantee for your home.
Updates and dates
The published date identifies the original guide; the updated date identifies a substantive editorial revision. Design or navigation changes alone are not a new source review. Time-sensitive claims need to be read alongside the current authority or platform information. There is no claim of automatic daily checking.
