Do you accept every property?
No. We follow a selective management approach and assess whether the property fits our standards and operating model before accepting it.
How much does AUREN charge?
Our pricing depends on the property and management requirements. We first review your home and then provide a tailored proposal with a clear fee and scope of service. Can short-term rental earn more than long-term rent?
For suitable properties, it can. Performance depends on the building, property quality, pricing, occupancy, operating costs and market demand. We assess each property individually. Compare your property
Do you guarantee returns?
No. Property performance and market conditions can change. We provide an informed assessment based on the property and available market information and manage it with the objective of delivering strong sustainable performance.
When do I receive my rental income?
Owner payouts are processed on the 10th of each month.
Can I see my property’s bookings?
Yes. Owners have visibility over reservations, availability, revenue and owner statements.
Can I use my property myself?
Yes. Available dates can be reserved for personal stays subject to existing confirmed reservations.
Who deals with guests?
AUREN manages guest communication, arrival coordination, support throughout the stay and departure.
Who manages housekeeping?
We coordinate professional housekeeping, linen preparation and property checks between stays.
What happens if something breaks?
Our team coordinates maintenance and repairs. Larger costs can be handled according to agreed owner approval limits.
