About AUREN Holiday Homes
We manage holiday homes for property owners in Dubai. The portfolio is selective by design, so every home gets individual attention and every owner can see exactly how it is performing.
Who we are
AUREN Holiday Homes is a Dubai holiday home management company. We look after pricing, listings, guest communication, housekeeping, compliance and day-to-day property care for owners who want their home to earn well without running it themselves.
We keep the portfolio deliberately selective. That is a choice, not a limitation: it means the people managing your home know it, and you have a direct line to them.

I have lived in Dubai since 2016 and built my career here as an ACCA member and senior finance professional. I also own property in Dubai, so I understand the decisions owners make around income, costs, risk and long-term value.
AUREN started after I gave one of my own apartments to a holiday home management company and was disappointed with the experience. Communication was poor, reporting lacked clarity and there was little focus on improving the financial performance of the property.
I decided to manage it myself.
I brought my finance background into the way the property was run, with closer attention to pricing, costs, reporting and overall returns. One property gradually became several, and AUREN grew from there.
Today, we manage a portfolio of Dubai properties valued at more than AED 100 million.
That financial discipline still shapes how we work. We look after each property carefully, keep owners close to the numbers and focus on generating stronger returns without losing sight of the home itself.
What that means for owners
- Statements you can check. A finance background shows in the reporting: bookings, fees, costs and payouts that reconcile, not a single number at the bottom of a page.
- Honest assessments. If short-term letting is the wrong route for your property, or your rate expectation is not realistic, we tell you before anything is signed.
- Individual attention. A selective portfolio means your home is not one of thousands in a queue.
- Compliance handled properly. Each home needs its own DET holiday home permit, and the obligations continue after launch. We coordinate them from the start.
How we work
Every owner relationship starts with a free property assessment. We review the home, its building and comparable properties, then discuss a strategy that fits your plans. If we both agree it is a good fit, we handle setup, licensing and launch, then manage the property day to day while you follow bookings, statements and performance.

We manage holiday homes across Dubai’s most in-demand short-stay communities, including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, JBR, JVC, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Creek Harbour, JLT, City Walk, Bluewaters Island and Arjan.
