A co-host helps run your Airbnb listing for you. With AUREN, the co-host runs the daily operations remotely: listing, pricing, guests, the cleaning and repair schedule, and DET admin. You keep the listing.
Do you visit the property?
No. We run the operations remotely, and the physical visits stay with you or your team. We schedule those visits for them. Our full management service covers the visits too.
How much does Airbnb co-hosting cost in Dubai?
It depends on your home and the tasks you choose. We agree the fee with you in writing after a free call or once you send your property details.
Do I keep my Airbnb account and reviews?
Yes. You invite us as a co-host and choose our permissions. The account, reviews and payouts stay yours.
Do I need a DET holiday home permit?
Yes. Every holiday home in Dubai needs its own DET permit. We handle guest registration and the Tourism Dirham return online under your permit.
Can I switch to full management later?
